1. Hotel Policies
- Check-in is from 1500hrs onwards
- Check-out is at 1100hrs.
- Deposit of RM250 is required upon check-in.
- All hotel rooms are non-smoking room including the balcony.
A cleaning fee of RM1,000 is imposed upon detecting the smell of cigarettes or any e-cigarettes in the room and balcony area.

| Latex | Natural type of foam. Made from the sap of Hevea brasilienis rubber tree latex. The sap is foamed to create a myriad of tiny air bubbles, giving it the soft and bouncy texture. |
| Contour latex | A type of curved model orthopedic pillow. It is mainly designed to contour the spinal curvatures using high density natural latex. |
| Buckwheat | Traditional Japanese pillow filled with hulls that encase buckwheat seeds. They are springy under compression but provide a firm and contouring support. |
